− A bit far from public transportation. Needed to rely on Grab.

3.0− Lighting in bathroom inadequate for makeup. Shower tray doesn't drain properly leaving it slimy and dangerous. Soap and shampoo scent unpleasant. Air con noisy. TV channels limited, no Netflix. Fixed coat hangers in wardrobe impractical.
