8.0- Having parking close by - Had everything you needed
− - Had to ask for another towel as we had 3 people staying the night - No tea towel (although it was supplied when asked)
Very comfortable
4.0The location was great, beds were comfortable, very warm.
− There was a little mould stain on shower wall that could be removed, the light above the mirror was very dusty, window skirting and frame very dirty.

− The receptionist walked out with a child in her arms never greeted me just handed me a key to a room and said it was upstairs turned her back and went to another room and closed the door, there was a sign at reception put your room key in the drawer when checking out, there were other signs saying, No Pool as it was closed, No Laundry No Sky TV even though that is advertised, and on the bottom of the sign it said book directly with us and save 10% off Booking.com The room was clean but very old fashioned and very dated a big crack in the electric panel heater, there was only a couple of TV channels working, got little or no sleep due to road noise loud vehicles and sirens all night. It is definitely is over priced and not good value for money
