Better attention to cleaning and operation needed
2.0Securiry door propped open, back entrance approach full of overflowing cigarette and garbage containers, residents hanging out window smoking, Walls in room randomly painted and partially painted, grubby grout, and dead cockroach found in bathroom the next morning, although there have apparently been some renovations, the common areas are not clean, room smelled of urine and stale food when we opened the door. Staff was friendly, but opened first room we were given and it was already occuppied, including someone in bed. It is very well located to amenities, lots of parking.
It had clean sheets, hot water, amenities like a fridge and microwave - for the price, it was OK.
