The location was excellent as always, the scenery is beautiful as well as the hot tub and pool. The staff are great as well as the owner. Very clean in and out and the view of the channel is great.nothing everything was perfect

Very welcoming owners, even helping us with restaurant choices & things to do in the area. The rooms, the hot tub, the pool were all very clean and comfortable.

− could use a soap dish near the bath sink and maybe some hooks on the bathroom door? It was great having microwave and refrigerator and a table too play games and have coffee.

Bay Top was the perfect place to stay for our planned activities and was clean, comfortable and well kept. You can tell

We were only there for 2 nights but it was perfect for what we were looking for. The little breezeway was a great surprise and was a great place to unwind. Bay Top was the perfect distance to everything. The grounds were very well kept and colorful!

− There was really nothing but if I had to nitpick the shower was too small for me to put a towel on my hair without having to step outside.
