8.0Stunning views of the ocean and great beaches. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were very good. The room itself was a little run down. Rust in the bathroom shower and on the heater, exposed screws on the wall finishings, an exposed electrical box, etc.... All in all, no deal breakers but when you pay top dollar you should get an impeccable room

10.0My family loves this property. We go for Labor Day every single year and request the same room. We love the beach set up and the pool. It is close to Montauk and convenient to just about every where. 5 star, highly recommend it.

6.0Great location on wonderful beach. And it has a sweet, old fashioned quality to it; think beach hotel 1960. But our room was dreary and falliing apart, and just got the sense that nobody at the property really cared about anything All this for a small fortune.
