4.0Very disappointing. Booked through Hotels. com, it was stated the the family room got 2 double beds and 2 twin beds for 6 of us. However the room only got 4 twin beds, how to accommodate 6 of us? After complained, hotel only gave us 1 extra bed!!! 1 of us had to stay at friend's house. That day, the whole hotel don have hot water supply due to something wrong with the solar system. All have to bath with cold water. The lobby area no air con as something broke down. No WiFi in room, only available at lobby area.
