9.0The standout of this venue is the staff - super friendly and so keen to make your stay enjoyable. The location is spot on - we could walk everywhere from the hotel, it's close to many of the attractions such as the Roman Baths and the cathedral, as well as a short walk to all shops, restaurants and bars. Even though it does not have a restaurant at this hotel, it does have a few parking spots on the opposite side of the road on a first come, first serve basis. We had not problem parking - just don't drive past as it's a one way street. Great venue, I would highly recommend.

10.0A beautifully designed boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient and the location is very central. The parking is a bonus so worth booking in advance of your stay.

Lovely Hotel in good location that I would definitely recommend to friends & family.
8.0Beautifully presented the rooms and decor have been well thought out. The breakfast hampers are also a lovely touch.
− Although very aware with Boutique hotels that rooms are not on the large side, the hotel made good use of the space inside each room. The only tiny negative we had is that the bathroom could benefit from some shelving in order to put your toiletries etc on.

Please add that we do not have a elevator at the hotel and that guests do need to use stairs. If the guest prefers a lower floor room, this must be requested in advance.
It is self check in only from 10pm.
