What truly made the experience exceptional was the host and their family. They are genuinely warm, welcoming, and make you feel like part of the family from the moment you arrive. Their hospitality goes far beyond what you would normally expect. Any question or small issue we had was addressed immediately and with a smile. 10.0Rewelacyjny basen, piękna duża działka, dużo leżaków przy basenie. Apartament siedmioosobowy był przestronny, 4 sypialnie i 3 łazienki. Klimatyzacja w każdej sypialni. Rewelacyjne śniadania, codziennie świeża dostawa w ładnym koszyku. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką w języku angielskim.Piękna okolica, blisko jezioro Trazymeńskie, Montepulciano.

9.0L'agriturismo è molto bello. L'appartamento è molto carino, con due zone separate e il bagno. Io ero sola, ma è perfetto anche per due persone. Zona piscina molto bella e confortevole. La colazione la si sceglie il giorno prima ed è servita ogni mattina in dei bei cestini. La proprietaria è super gentile e disponibile.

8.0The surroundings were ideal for relaxation and very scenic. Loved the sunflower fields. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners outside. Location was easily accessible to other towns for exploration. Setting was quiet. Breakfast options were excellent and generous. Staff were very pleasant.
− A second set of towels for pool use and / or showers would have been handy for a 4 day stay . A kitchen block could be added to the kitchen area as space was very limited for food prep. A few more utensils and pots and pans could also be added. Bed was very firm. Could use a soft topper. Pictures indicate a larger area with more expansive lawn and buildings. Didn't quite match the actual setting.
