8.0Don't judge a book by its cover. Very tidy and clean for a roadside motel!

− The fridge was unplugged no continental breakfast coffee pot in room had had no basket to put coffee in but had coffee it was raining after we got there and floor in room had water coming in under air conditioner had to get a towel to clean it up .for the price not worth it 104$ for one night not worth the money and what was expected from there pictures and what was promised

− They were rude and very nasty towards my dying mother.
Clean, spacious, right on the main highway.
8.0The staff was friendly upon my arrival. the room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner was efficient but not noisy. The room was quiet and easily accessible.
− I was missing bath towels and had to dry off with a hand tower. There was no breakfast included. Seems like the Inn is understaffed. i hope the pool is open next time I come.
Overall, good experience and would recommend to someone needing a place to stay.
7.0Pretty easy to get to The Heritage Inn. Was clean for the most part and did include everything one needed for a comfortable stay
− It would take a bit long for the person at the front desk to attend to you. Seemed like they were always else where.
