6.0The park is always nice to visit. What my challenge was at my check-in. Plus my return visit in two months from now is me booking cottage space and being confirmed for it with the photos and in print and upon checking in being given the cabin (older units) that I did not reserve.there is a misrepresentation, glitch, or miscommunications between Expedia and thousand trails. That was not fair to me as the consumer. After going back and forth with the front desk I was awarded the cottage, but I don’t have a resolution yet for my June 21st check in on two cottages I booked. This changes the experience.

8.0The check in was little difficult. The campground assigned wrong type of stay then booked and almost didn’t fix it. But finally did and after that everything went smooth
