What a neglecting service.

Booked one night stay at this hotel. Forstly went to another branch using the same name but the staff there said to go further in the alley to find one I’ve booked. It was raining and we couldnt find it as the hotel was situated in small alley. I went back and ask the staff again to lead me there. No one was willing to do so. We were glad at first as the staff seemed so nice and recommendatory. We were asked to visit the tea shop and everything changed since we turned down the request. Please “Never ask for help from anyone here”. We asked for the chartered ride to Yading, staff said we couldnt go as the roads were closed. We asked for the help to moved our luggage to the entrance of the old town, they charged the price and never come to help (but at first they said they could help, just we ask). Last but not least I asked for the toilet after check-out they refused and told me to use the public one outside. Please re-consider if you will stay here. 夏天真的不太適合!沒空調與電風扇在古鎮內，聽說都如此!白天入住實在很熱!照片顯示的不是忠義店喔!出發前聯絡告知可幫忙將行李拿到二樓房間。到時只有一位美女，無能為力。後來來了一位帥哥，一切改觀。第二天早班機，還破例幫我們提早開飯，真是感激!甚至幫忙叫人力拖車，幫忙運行李到大馬路口都免費，真是佛心!!下次可以再住，但只能帶隨身行李。行李拖在石板路上，會報廢的!房間內設施沒得嫌的，不錯!
