9.0All staff members were friendly and helpful. This is rare to see among such a large group of staff members. They are doing a great job to make guests feel comfortable. Getting a free upgrade from a two double bed room to a suite was really nice of them, especially since we were traveling with two kids.

10.0This property is super comfortable with spacious rooms, even has laundry room for guests only with free detergent etc and a steamer. Fruit and biscuits every day. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Loved it!
