disappointed and wont be back.
4.0it was clean
− compared to Ingenia in Byron Bay where we stayed recently, this was like staying at the poor cousins. the price difference was very little but what we got was huge. the bunk room had no storage at all. the main room only had a little. no air con in the bedroom. only one bathroom with on 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for three days. the flooring we could feel soft spots as well as the shower. the cabins are those old metal buildings even for the inner walls. it was at least half the size of the byron one. no dishwasher. on the last morning at 830am the cleaner was putting the clean towels extra on the veranda while we were trying to get organised. we were also located directly across from the bins which were taking up several car parks. all these things mentioned, were all part of ingenia in byron bay. staff werent interested in talking to us when we left. such a shame and we wont be visiting this park again.
