10.0Property was good, solid 3 star. Staff customer service was poor from the young girls in the restaurant. The girls never smiled always grouchy when requesting a drink or food. They definitely need training. Lina was really nice. Definitely made our stay more comfortable. Simple things like smiling and checking to see if we were ok went such a long way. Another lady that was there during breakfast time is nice, friendly and helpful as well. The manager was helpful too, changed our rooms when the air conditioning was not working. Food was perfect. Would recommend to others :)

10.0We had a very quite stay at Travelers Point. We stayed in the superior room. It was small but it was just right for two people, the queen size bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. The pool was very well kept, and all around the premises was very clean.

8.0Great service! We arrived late and they checked us in and we were still able to get food from the kitchen. This was sooo gratefully received after a long day of travel!
