C était la 5 eme fois que je séjournais dans cette hôtel mais très certainement la dernière!
7.0L’emplacement vraiment parfait.
− La literie , l’attente pour les ascenseurs et le manque de confort dans la chambre . 2 serviettes pour une chambre où nous étions 3. Pas de verres, de bouilloire…. Les draps et serviettes tachées et le ménage est fait grossièrement. De plus ils ne font pas les chambres le matin .

− So basic. No way to call the front desk. You get what you pay for here. a bed, a pillow, maybe a pillow case . No tea kettle or way to make coffee. I do suggest you pay extra to check in early as the 3 pm check in time fills the lobby with LOTS of people trying to get to their rooms on the few elevators. It’s rough if you’re tired from a long journey and have to wait

− Værelserne er meget små de var nusset, slidte og beskidte. Støjniveauet fra Tottenham C. Road er enormt. Kun et håndklæde der ikke kunne tørre nogle steder.

− Dirty room esp carpet. I stepped on a safety pin (luckily it was flat). No toklet paper on arrival! Toilet didn't flush easily.
Ok value, probably wouldn’t stay here again

− This hotel needs more elevators. 7th floor always had to use the stairs

8.0清潔です！お部屋は過ごしやすく、1人なら十分の広さ、そして窓が少しでもあるだけで気持ち良く過ごせました！夜な夜な窓の外（エントランス前）が騒がしくなりましたが、我慢できない程ではなかったです。
− エレベーターがとにかく来ない！そして壊れそうで怖い。あと、電気ケトルは申し出るとレンタルできますが、スタッフによって対応が違うのか、最初は翌日になると言われ、翌日別のスタッフに話すとすぐ貸してくれました。また、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりを無料にしてほしいです。
