1.0I paid for the reservation in advance to avoid hassle at the hotel, but I ended up sleeping at a rest stop with my wife and 7-year-old son; we nearly had an accident in a construction zone on the way there. I called the front desk (dialing 0) because we couldn't arrive in time to pick up the key, and the person on duty told me, "My boss ordered me not to process any check-ins." I told him I had the reservation confirmation, but he replied, "I already said I’m not checking you in; if you want, call or request a refund." I had driven for eight hours with my family just to get to that hotel and get a few hours of rest.

Spent the day with my family and when we finally ready to go to the hotel to check in, there were questionable people lingering in the parking lot, some of them making a scene. As I went to go check in, I was notified they there weren’t any rooms available. I was never notified or contacted by anyone. So it’s now 10 pm at night, I’m with my family, and we’re stuck trying to find another hotel. Overall I’m glad I didn’t stay here because based on the two things that happened before I ever go to s room, I could only imagine the quality and service of the hotel. I would not give this hotel another chance.
