4.0Waited 30+ minutes to get checked in. Had to take a shower last night and this morning with no hot water!!

4.0Bathroom was disgusting. Tub was dirty, sower didn’t work. Unexpected and undisclosed $100 deposit required upon check-in. Room smelled like old ramen.

6.0I did have a late check in but my room wasn’t clean and was missing wash cloths and towels. Not sure if it had been completely cleaned or not. Maybe they just forgot the bathroom linen. Things happen sometimes but it could have been a little cleaner.

6.0It was a shame there was no ice machine. I was concerned about the loud footsteps, as it seemed that there were pets in the room upstairs.
