6.0Bed was not a queen bed, it was very small. The heater/air conditioner were not in very good shape, loud and struggled to keep temp. Bed was too close to the wall no room for pwrson to get around bed.

4.0Not what I expected when I booked our room. Heavy smell in hallways and elevator. Our room door was not secured and we couldn’t lock it. That was fixed with my husband’s help.First day we complained about clogged bathroom sink and nothing was done even they promised us that will be checked and fixed.
