5.0− extremely noticeable water damage from floor to ceiling on back wall of room, room was DIRTY, bottoms of my feet were BLACK from kwalking around without shoes on, walls, outlet covers, inside microewave, all gross. also the security latch on door was broken so locking it was not an option.

1.0I did not like anything about this property. I never stayed there because I was told that the room was not available. And I was asked to provide extra cash to obtain a room. The clerk was beyond rude and shady as hell.
− Safer neighborhood, cleaner, cordial staff and actually available!
