8.0The location of the hotel is great. Just in the middle of Mapo district with all the shops, services and facilities within the walking distance. The subway is around the corner (100mt) and it connects the area with all major attractions and the Incheon airport (direct line). The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are wider and more comfortable than the average I saw in Asia.
− The elevators are too little for such a big and high hotel so the waiting time when you need to go to breakfast or go out in the morning are quite long.

Public Transportation from Airports:
- From Incheon Airport: take bus 2015 at the airport and get off at Mapo Subway Station. The bus operates between 05:35 - 22:50 every 10 to 20 minutes.
- From Gimpo Airport: Take subway Line 5 or Airport Railrod Line and get off at Gongdeok Subway Station.
Please note that only trained service dogs are allowed to enter hotel grounds with prior notice.
