函館 花びしホテル 最高です！
9.0老舗のホテルではありますが、3名宿泊でお部屋が広く、清潔で快適でした。 一般の宿泊時の食事は、夕食、朝食共にバイキング形式が多い中、夕食は個別に用意され、どれも美味しく、満足いたしました。もちろん朝食バイキングも美味しくいただきました。 スタッフ皆さんの対応がとても親切、丁寧で一泊二日の短い時間でしたが、気持ち良く過ごせて、よい旅の思い出になりました。 また函館に行った時には、是非利用したいホテルです。
− 7階の浴場に行くのに、階段の登り降りで行くしかなく、高齢者には少々大変でした。

8.0職員の対応が良い。枕の種類が選べる（1Fにある）。自転車のレンタルがある（有料）。
− 有料でもいいので、追加アメニティに頭用のクシとか、使い切りのメイク落としオイルとか購入できたら、わざわざ薬局までいかなくてよかった。
また行きたい
10.0お風呂が沢山あってゆったり入れた。 露天風呂が最高に気持ち良かった。 夕食も豪華で、どれも美味しかった。 朝食のバイキングも函館らしい食材があってどれも美味しかった。
− フェイスタオル、部屋のを持って入浴したのですが、お風呂場の案内で、使用済みのタオルを入れて下さい。と案内があったので入れましたが、次のタオルがなくなったので一階の浴衣の予備のあった所に探しに行きましたがありませんでした。何処にタオルの置き場所があったのか？予備はないものだったのか？不明でした。 ので、次に入浴した時はタオルなしで入ることになりました。 お風呂場に使用済みのタオルを入れて下さい。との案内がなければそのまま部屋に持ち帰って、次にも使えたのにと、後悔しました。 WiFiが使えた？知りませんでした。 一言案内頂ければ活用できたのにと、思いました。 最初に案内して頂いた外国なまりの方の言葉が早口なのと、ちょっと聞き取りづらくて7割位しか聞き取れませんでした。

7.0部屋が広く、トイレと洗面所が独立した作りになっていてそこは良かった。 フロントの対応がとても良い。 料理の味付けが良かった。
− ドライヤーの時間がかかる。 旅行は全国あちこち行くが、改善されているホテルが多いと思う。ストレスを感じました。 浴衣でなく作務衣のような寝衣の方が良いと思う。 置いてあるソファの木枠があたり居心地は良くなかった。
