10.0this hotel is a hidden gem when you actually consider where in the world it is. Very safe and plenty of security The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. breakfast was fresh everyday (but sometimes a bit cold) plenty of choice, the food in the restaurant was surprisingly very very good, excellent steaks and pizza sandy the porter was a very nice helpful guy as was Wilker the operations manager who sorted out a hire car for me, translated the hire agreement as i do not speak Portuguese - very helpful man.Pool area was nice and clean with a nice outside bar. i will have no hesitations in staying at this hotel again and would highly recommend it.

4.0The hotel didn't have the room reserved on Expedia. It took 4 days to get the good room. I had to take care of the communication between Expedia and the Hotel management.
