2.0I stayed one night and it was the worst night of my life! There was only one light in my room that worked then someone came into my room after 1:00am! With a key!!! They double booked my room. It was scary and my couldn’t sleep. The person working assured the hotels.com that the GM would return my money! THEY DID NOT!!!! I slept 2 hours. I am disgusted with the GM at Woodspring!! Do not stay there!!!!

2.0Waiting 10 minutes for the front desk to attend us. And room was not ready even though we arrived 2 hours after check in time. Also we were in the room less than 30 mins before seeing 2 roaches.
