− A bit expensive as compared to the facilities..and food is very expensive
Hospitality without emotion and empathy
6.0The staff in particularly the guide rakesh and security staffs were very good.
− I have been to many lavish hotels before and going by the stature of Sterling Corbett hotel, it's amenities and location, I find it like any other same rated hotel, nothing exceptional. What appalled me the most was it's food menu. A simple plain rice half portion was priced as Rs. 500 that too without taxes and service charges. It felt like pick pocketing traveller's pocket if you can't exploit in accommodation then provide the food at exaggerated price especially when the property is in jungle and other places become inaccessible for family travellers to dine out somewhere else. Clear cut exploitation in Ala carte', milk the customer either by hook or crook.

9.0It was very peaceful, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was big and high quality, the restaurant food was great and the staff were so friendly.
− It is quite far from safari games which is worth bearing in mind, and the focus appears to be on families as there are more kids activities.
