8.0Having the room cleaned was not automatic. The Spa is not super convenient having to ask staff to power on the sauna and steam room. The staff was great and very welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the town and the ski departure area. Breakfast was great also.

6.0The staff were not that helpful on arrival. Booking for a family which was confirmed prior to arrival they set the room up for two adults and two babies.

An Excellent Choice of Hotel for our Ski Trip
10.0A very well positioned hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and the main ski lifts. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well maintained. A great bar, spa and breakfast are also provided. It is the staff however, that are truly outstanding. Very welcoming, friendly and so willing to assist.
