2.0We were very disappointed as we had high expectations due to the high cost.
You do not get what you pay for
4.0I had high expectations $$$$. We had to change our room due to a very bad odor; the shower water pressure and hot water was lacking. The buffet breakfast was poor quality & trainees were cooking eggs with a crust, the coffee was weak, no plain yogurt nor healthy cereal; we had to call for the gym to be stocked with water and towels; and the pool was very cold and not maintained.

10.0The hotel itself is amazing and well maintained even during covid times.They strictly follow covid norms.We got an upgrade for our booking.The whole property is not that big but it’s very beautiful and you will really feel like you are in Europe
