9.0L'emplacement est parfait, c'est dans un quartier vivant et animé, de chouettes cafés à 2 pas et le marché où acheter de quoi manger tout au long de la journée. Notre appartement était situé au 3e étage, avec ascenseur. Parfaitement propre et confortable, nous avons apprécié y passer du temps en famille. Les chambres et la terrasse (dont l'accès se fait par une chambre) sont côté cour et du coup, bien calmes. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement et les salles de bains vraiment nickel. Je reviendrai sans hésitations dans cet hébergement qui est vraiment pensé pour être un appartement - hôtel

− Vi booket rom til 4 personer, men utleier hadde kun forberedt rommet til to personer. Det manglet sengetøy og håndklær til halve reisefølge som gjorde første døgnet svært ukomfortabelt. Vi varslet utleier om dette når vi skulle re opp sovesofaen og så at det manglet sengetøy. Vi meldte ifra via booking.com , WhatsApp samt ringte nødnummer som utleier hadde oppgitt. Utleier svarte at dette var vårt ansvar og at vi burde ha meldt fra om dette i åpningstiden deres. Vi opplever at dette var ansvarsfraskrivelse av utleier og svært dårlig kundebehandling når man velger å skylde på gjestene i stedet for å ordne opp umiddelbart og tilby en form for kompensasjon. Feilen lå åpenbart på utleier da rommet var booket og bekreftet for fire personer. Utleier valgte for øvrig å fjerne linken for kundeanmeldelse på egen side noe som må forstås at de ikke ønsker vår tilbakemelding på oppholdet😅
