6.0Desk service friendly and good. First morning free breakfast not available--staff said they slept in. Second morning breakfast was just OK. Nothing hot except for waffles. Room was adequate except that the air conditioning compressor was loud when it kicked in.

6.0Check in was easy. Listing was accurate. Location was good. It was quiet. Downside was the beds were extremely high a challenge for seniors to get into with a step. Suggest they provide those since this has been mentioned in a number of reviews. Also, for seniors' toilets very low and difficult to get up from. There was also a big gap under the door, which I believe was large enough to let in some creatures (we did not have any unwanted visitors however).
