Staying was a true pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble and the standards set were very high and immaculately maintain
10.0All of it. From welcome to departure. Breakfast was excellent and the on site restaurant offered both the perfect position and a delicious menu. It was immaculate and everyone took a lot of pride in offering excellence in terms of service and facilities.
− A very minor observation. We would have liked a separate adult only pool where you could exercise. There is a lot of space to provide one. The "rock pool" was brilliant for children but more of a shallow play pool. It's very geared to families and you need to be prepared for the noise and energy they bring - we were not with kids and loved it but it might not be for everyone.
Staff were very extremely friendly and helpful, and the Masseria is beautiful (tasteful decoration).
