10.0The staff was excellent and helpful, they went out of their way to help us find transportation. Our sole visit to the area was to visit Il Giardino dei Tarocchi (Tarot Garden) and the hotel staff did everything they could do to help us have a wonderful visit, which we did. Thank you Luca and staff.

10.0Le client qui réserve une chambre sur Hotels.com donne ses coordonnées bancaires à cette plateforme, mais il règle en fin de compte son séjour à l'hôtel où sa chambre est réservée. Cela devrait être dit plus clairement. D'autant plus que cette réservation n'a semble-t-il pas été bien transmise ou identifiée par l'hôtel. Sinon, il faudrait informer que pour arriver à cet hôtel, à plus de 6 km depuis la gare de Capalbio, il vaut mieux avoir réservé avant un taxi. Mais cet hôtel est agréable et la possibilité de louer un vélo est un service appréciable.

8.0Soggiorno di due notti con nostra figlia per godere del mare di Capalbio, consigliatissimo per posizione e location. Da migliorare: cuscini troppo sottili e materassi non comodissimi

8.0Posizione tranquilla, non lontana dal mare e da bei posti come Capalbio, Argentario il Giardino dei Tarocchi. Personale molto gentile e pronti per le nostre richieste. Un posto dove ci si può sentire a casa. La struttura ha grandi potenzialità ma i bagni andrebbero rinnovati
