Quaint hotel in the heart of Mackinac Island
10.0We really like this hotel, it's in the heart of downtown Mackinac Island, so it was the perfect place to regroup between biking around the island, shopping or going out to eat. Our view wasn't the greatest, as we had a room that looked out over an alley and nearby houses, but we weren't in the room that much that it made a big difference. The price was reasonable which was an added bonus.

10.0We loved our room. It was very spacious and had exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Our only issue was that one of the two “comfy” chairs in our suite wasn’t properly supported as the straps were broken. Other than that our trip was fabulous, right down to the clip clip of the horses right outside of our window.

4.0When we booked the room it says it sleeps 6. It slept only 4 , we had to pay an extra $20.00 for a roll out. The management would not budge on not charging for the roll away bed. Next time I will recommend and use other properties to stay.

10.0Location is great. Staff are amazing and very helpful with everything from check in to check out. Rooms are unique and have a “somewhere in time charm”. The evening “cookies and milk” service at night was such a nice surprise and perk for the kids. Love this hotel and will be back.
