6.0Great valets all around. Took happy care of my car and carried my bags very well. No excuses for no cups or glasses in kitchen or bathroom. When I finally got 5 plastic bathroom cups, I went to take a shower but there were no bath towels. One teeny weeny bar of soap in the entire room and I missed my mattress from home. I don't think I got my monies worth. It had the potential to be a great stay but sadly it fell short.

10.0Outstanding hotel and staff in the center of historic district of Charleston SC. Shout out to the valet staff: Caleb, DC, and Kyle and many others that assisted us with our car. They exceeded our special requests.
best Hyatt House stay
10.0We stayed at the Hyatt House in Historic Charleston and were very pleased with the service, clean facilities, updated amenities and delicious breakfast. Service was the stand out!! All the way around from housekeeping, front desk, valet (even though we didn't use - they were always so friendly, welcoming, and offering waters). Honestly best Hyatt House stay yet! Thank you.

Good hotel!
10.0Friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. Complimentary breakfast helpful with little ones. Would come back for another stay. Located centrally in downtown Charleston. Valets always friendly and chatty. Lent us umbrellas for sporadic rain.
Heart of Charleston
10.0Great property, location, and customer service! Walkable for most, and driving downtown is treacherous, so save some money and don’t drive!
