− I am extremely disappointed with my stay. From the very first day, I experienced problems and received very poor service. The Wi-Fi was not working, so I tried to contact the property through Whatsapp and Booking.com. I was blocked on the first day when I tried to message them about the Wi-Fi, which I found extremely unprofessional. As a result, I had no Wi-Fi for my entire stay. There were also several problems with the accommodation itself: the shower was broken, the toilet was broken, and the AC was leaking. These are basic facilities that I expected to be working, especially considering that I paid for my stay. I also tried contacting them several times through WhatsApp, including calls and messages, but the issues were not properly resolved. This is honestly the first time I have stayed somewhere with service this poor. I would not recommend this property based on my experience. I strongly believe that guests who pay for accommodation deserve functioning facilities, proper communication, and basic customer service.
