I booked a Junior Suite and paid a premium price, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The room was located on the 3rd floor, and right from the start, the ceiling lights weren’t working. While I chose to overlook that, the real issue was the air-conditioning—it wasn’t cooling at all, even after running for over three hours. Since I checked in late at night, I didn’t bother requesting a room change, but it was definitely inconvenient. The next morning, I discovered that the fridge in the room wasn’t working either—everything I had stored inside was warm. On top of that, I went to use the fitness center only to find that all the treadmills were out of order and unusable. When I headed down to the café for breakfast around 8:30 AM, most of the food was already gone and not replenished, which was another disappointment. For a hotel that charges a premium, I expected much better. To be fair, the staff were friendly and polite, and after I reported the fridge issue, it was promptly replaced. Still, the condition of the facilities and overall experience do not justify the price I paid. Sadly, I won’t be returning. This hotel needs serious updates and maintenance before it can be considered good value.

Good breakfast, helpful staff, good location. Only lacking was the hotel itself which is a bit outdated and needs some refurbishing. Need cleaner towels and bed sheets but otherwise okay for a short stay and maybe if you just need a place to rest after your golf game.

Booked 2 rooms. rooms 624 and 626 Cons - one of the room door latch was broken when we checked in. I suspect this was either highlighted or not by the previous guests or even housekeeping when they made up the room. No safety. - on the 1st night, our room was not made up. Our key card cannot access the room door. Housekeeping Master card also cannot access our room. no one left a note or even inform us that our room could not be made up and just left the bed untidy. - AC not strong - the walls were doodled in both rooms by previous guests(kids maybe) no effort to touch up painting. - the corridor ventilation is bad, AC not strong. - Cafe breakfast area AC was weak as well. Ventilation quite poor. Pros - Good customer service at the reception - Good location

Its a good places,,,,easy to access a street food..their a bed so comfortable,,,i like their smells hotel very fragrant..the hotel also good to having deep sleep very quiet… their staff also friendly and very helpful,,,their food for breakfast veryy nice and delicious

Not worth it!

I paid a high price for a Junior Suite located at the 3rd floor. The ceiling lights not lighted up but I am not bothered. However, the air-con was not cold even after 3hrs! I checked in quite late at night so I didn't bother to request to change room. The next morning, I realize the fridge was also broken, all my drinks are warm. The fitness center, all the treadmills are also broken and cannot be used. I went down to café for my breakfast around 8.30am. Most of the food are already emptied and not refilled. I am very disappointed and this is not what I have expected. The staff working here are nice and polite, the fridge was also changed after my request. However, I will never return again. It's not worth the price I paid, for this kind of rundown facilities.
