6.0Staff was kind and helpful, initially booked only one room and was able to get another room as well. We had to leave at 3:30am for our flight and the front desk staff was kind enough to prepare coffee and sandwiches for breakfast. However, the sheets in the bed were dirty and full of stains. The percentage of payment prepaid when I did the reservation did not reflect on the hotel’s end and was not discounted from the remaining amount, which is fine because they added another room without much extra cost.

2.0They put me in a ground floor room right on the car park, full sun on the “balcony”, zero privacy. The place was pretty much dead, but still they put me in their worst room possible. Worst room in two months in Brazil, you ca get much, much better for half the price. I hated this spot and couldn’t wait to leave. Avoid!
