Coral Sea Aqua Club to the rescue!
9.0What started as a very disappointing holiday quickly turned into a fantastic one thanks to Coral Sea Aqua Club. We had originally booked a studio Airbnb along the road from the hotel in Amwaj, but unfortunately it was terrible. My husband went to enquire about alternative accommodation and was greeted by Mostafa at reception. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. That evening, we returned to the hotel for dinner in the Asian restaurant, where we were looked after by two wonderful waiters, both named Muhammad. Their service was exceptional—they were attentive, professional, and made us feel so welcome. After such a positive experience, we decided to book our stay at Coral Sea Aqua Club, and it was the best decision we could have made. We were even given a complimentary room upgrade, and on arrival we were welcomed with a lovely selection of fresh fruit and delicious baklava, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, every member of staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. What began as a stressful and disappointing holiday ended as a truly relaxing and memorable one, all thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the team at Coral Sea Aqua Club. A special thank you to Mostafa and both Muhammads for making our stay so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality

10.0Everything was excellent. Pools and watersides are huge and amazing. Food is 5 star. Restaurant staff so friendly and attentive. Big shout out to young Muhammad that worked American Restaurant in the evening and buffet every other meal. Kids club fantastic and gave us lots of free time. Kids loved it. Big shout out to Mia in the kids club. You could see she loved her job and loved the kids and the kids loved her. Kids disco brilliant and kids couldn't wait to go there each night. We extended our stay and also returned back for a 2 week stay since then
