8.0This is a well-maintained property and the owners are hands on. The only issue I had was that the restaurant was closed and I'm told the food is excellent. I was there in the off season so the rooms weren't full, but it was extremely quiet. They have shoes off policy which helps a lot with noise. It's walking distance everywhere.

8.0this is a lovely classy hotel. We stayed in the annex next door to the main hotel. It has only 4 rooms. Our room was on the second level and was very large and clean but there is no TV in the room although there is a 'family' room on the main floor with a TV to share. It was hot the day we were there and this room did not have A/C
