8.0I'm an octogenarian. My wife had a knee replacement four months ago. It would have been helpful if somewhere when we were booking we had been told that occupants of first floor apartments had sixteen steps to climb at possibly the steepest gradient in Horsham. We could have opted for an alternate unit or an alternate location.

10.0Very comfortable and great to have the washer and dryer and good location, very quite but frustrating that the safe didn't work, the freezert would not freeze ice and when the room was serviced the toiletries are not replaced.
It was a nice place had a few issues but overall
10.0Nice place to stay great location a few things could be fixed, We were welcomed in and the room is neat and tidy and clean just no remote for the TV that worked and the bathroom was a bit old other than that it was a nice place to stay

6.0Nicely fitted out with everything we needed. Our only suggestion for improvement is that the lighting in the bathroom could be improved. It is quite dull and not bright enough
