Friendly staff, internet speed needs upgrade
8.0Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating.

8.0This is an excellent hotel for its money-central location for everything-5 mins to Gondola, clean and warm rooms-housekeeping every day-we did half board which the food was good(we never expect fine dining in HB-but good varied choice) the only thing I would say is that the breakfast could be a little earlier 7am rather than 7.30am as it leaves very little time to eat before the Gondola opens at 8….but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again-all in all a very good.
