8.0The location is a bit off the main road, which is nice as that means a bit away from the constant beeps and miscellaneous traffic noise of the city. The room was comfortable with strong AC and a nice balcony sitting area. I had room service which was a good mix of SE Asian dishes at a reasonable price. My only gripe is the shower design is a bit poor. The head wasn't really adjustable and tended to flip up on its own weight so every thirty seconds or so you'd just get blasted in the face, and send water out the back of the unclosable curtain. So a lot of water gets on the bathroom floor. The pool seemed nice but there didn't seem to be a number of spa services. Overall its a comfortable, cheap little hotel close to the airport and makes a nice base of operations, especially for travel days.
