10.0Great place, everything was amazing — clean, cozy, and with a pleasant atmosphere. I especially liked the privacy and comfort of the rooms. The only downside is that to leave, you have to call a local number or send a WhatsApp message to open the garage. If your phone is dead or you don’t have service (for example, on a short one-day trip), this could be a real inconvenience. It would be great if they offered an alternative way to exit.

2.0It was very far from Puerto Morelos, 15 km, and it had no windows. Very dark.

2.0This is an hourly rate hotel. It is not for staying in for a week. No blanket Bed was horrible. Vinyl covered with a sheet. I booked it for a week and moved out after 1 night.

4.0Toallas rotas, sabanas rotas, el baño no tenia mosquitero en la ventana, se metieron todos los mosquitos tuvimos que dejar la habitacion a las 7 pm.
