10.0The stuff was great, we had e possibility for early check-in. The room was great, clean, spacious, had everything we need and a Nesspreso coffee machine what was great for the morning coffee. The location is next to the Bus stop, S-bahn and U-bahn so easy to explore every part of the Berlin. Despite being near the main railway station, the location was quiet and safe. Easy online check-in and check-out. They cleaned the room as we demanded, if you don't wish as we for the room to be cleaned everyday. Has a great restorant and bar, and in the lobby a possibility to buy yourself Would definitely come back.

10.0Fijne kamer, locatie
− -
Sehr enger Platz vorhanden.
Great staff and location just a shame about the room this time.
5.0Staff were very attentive and helpful. We were there for the marathon, so it was perfect that there was an Italian restaurant in the hotel. Also liked that there was a Nespresso machine in the room and a fridge to store food and drinks.
− The room was poor. We stayed here 2 years ago for the marathon and this year we paid slightly more for the room than before, but it was tiny for 3 adults. It was also an accessible room, and although the bathroom was large, the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. There was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, just a free-standing sink with no vanity unit, which was very basic for the cost. Previously, we had a suite with a separate area for my adult daughter, so the difference in room for the price we paid was huge, not comparable and not value for money based on our previous stay.
Perfect for a bussiness trip
