10.0Our stay at Gili Air Lagoon was most enjoyable and of a tropical environment standard. The room was clean, cool and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful. The problem with reviews is that people tend to forget where they are and that they are on holidays. If you want alll the luxuries of home don’t go on holidays then. We go on holidays with no expectations and are always delighted and surprised by our experience, Gili Air Lagoon was another wonderful experience. From being serenaded on arrival to being provided with a great opportunity to live within this unique and wondrous part of Indonesia. It’s a 5 out of 5 from us and we hope to be back again real soon.

6.0Good location and liked the pool that is right from the door. We did not have wifi working very well during stay. Air conditioning in room was not working great but when we complained it was fixed and was better. We forms food was overpriced at the resort. Did not eat at the resort much as I had ordered chicken wings with drinks and only 3 tiny wings came. There are plenty of reasonable food options within walking distance though.
