9.0Very clean in room and overall property area. Safe and convenient location. Changing towel and rubbish everyday. Laundry is perfect. Friendly staff. Perfect stay. Recommend.
− Room cleaning: I have told the hotel staff more than three times that I wanted the floor vacuumed and the bed linen changed every 2–3 days. However, they explained that vacuuming the floor and changing the bed linen are only provided for guests staying more than one week, which is not consistent with the information on Booking.com. In the end, the floor was vacuumed only on Day 5 of my 6-day stay (5 nights).

4.0The location to the venue was spot on.
− The bed we had was rock hard. We both got sore bodies from the bed. I had messaged the property through booking.com and never got a reply. The room doesn't have ventilation as the windows wouldn't open. The bathroom was a nightmare keeping the water in the shower as it was not draining correctly. The Spa bath took forever to work out. Turned out the button was stuck down. Got 3 of everything when it is a room for 2, so had to go and ask for one more pillow and towels for Spa bath. People from the Motel being noisy outside the room on the Saturday when trying to sleep in. Trying being the word with the bed being so hard. Motel advertised electric blankets on bookin.com. Nope they don't have them. There were hairs in the bathroom on arrival. So not entirely clean. Wouldn't stay here again.

− Make sure you check the beds for blankets when you first get there and ask for more if needed before it gets too late. We had a very cold night.
It was nice to have the space to spread out.
