− Beds were not made properly, the opening of duvet cover was at the top near pillows and duvet inside looked disgusting, pillows had hair on them. i slept on top of bed, bathroom was not very clean. Very poor compared to the one on the South which we used the week before

Disappointing.
4.0− Hot water was not working properly, TV was not working properly . The toilet did smell of urine. The manager in the morning was very pleasant to me and apologised for the inconvenience and informed that I would get my money back.
