This was an unusual location for the night but on my route. I welcomed the ghost town feel!

5.0The location does not offer breakfast but there are really good options in the vicinity. In town there is really good food, and down the road about 10Miles at the is the Roadway Inn... excellent American Diner food..
− The property is extremely dated, but clean. The bed was very comfortable and the AC/heating worked great. We were in Boron for a family event and for the price, this property definitely did the job.. the staff was really friendly. We were just sleeping and showering here and we slept well and enjoyed our time with family in Boron.

4.0The lady running the check in was extremely rude. She asked if I wanted a smoking room and then when I said no I don’t smoke, she proceeded to insist I smoked and Then said your from The festival.

6.0The staff were very nice, the grounds were well cared for, the room was clean. Therefore, I feel a little guilty only giving 3 stars. However, It was a very hot day (105*+), and the AC could not bring the temp down to even 80* in the room after about 2.5 hours. The suite bedroom (separate room for bed 2) was not getting any AC at all. The refrigerator was not working, but the small freezer was. We had just arrived on motorcycles having driven in the very hot desert from Trona Pinnacles and needed to rest in a cool place, and stock up on cool drinks. Neither could happen, so we cancelled our second night. If it were late Fall, Winter, or Spring I would stay there...and have only good things to say about everything but the temperature in the room and refrigerator. So, seasonally subjective.
