Free shuttle from the airport

− Stay away from this hotel! The location of the hotel is different from what booking.com shows you: not in the center of town, but far outside  without infrastructure and only expensive taxis. The a/c in most rooms does not work, I had to change the room 3 times. One is very moldy, the mosquito net has only holes and is too small for the bed. I wanted to pay in the local currency, because my card did not work in Burundi. Neither booking.com nor the hotel told me before arrival that I can not pay in local currency. Jay, one of the owners, insisted on USdollars. He threatened me, " if you do not pay in USdollars, you will miss your flight tomorrow..." It took me a whole day at the bank to get some cash advance in USdollars from home. .. Stay away!

Good stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. For breakfast was just basics. There is nice pool outside. Room is quite big and comfortable.

− There was fridge and TV in the room, but plug was not compatible with socket. There was powerage shortage for whole night and whole day, so the A/C was not working and was so hot in the room during the night.
