− The one single problem is a very lukewarm water service, basically room-temperature water, even when on hottest setting. Other customers had the same experience. I understand this is necessary to save money for the business, but I recommend turning the heat up even a few degrees. Everything else about the stay was great.

7.0This was a good place to stay in Pattaya. It's located in a quiet neighborhood which is a good thing with all the hustle and bustle in Pattaya. The place was very clean and the property was well kept.
− Everything was hard. I think this is the standard in Thailand, but the bed, furniture and outside seating weren't very comfortable. All hard surfaces that I don't think westerners are accustomed to. Have to say, though, that I liked the place enough to return to it.
