10.0A pousada fica muito bem localizada, próxima aos principais pontos de interesse para as pessoas que querem conhecer e aproveitar o que a capital cearense tem de melhor. O custo/benefício, para mim, foi o melhor ponto positivo, tanto que fiquei na pousada duas vezes consecutivas.

8.0A pousada é bem simples, mas muito honesta. Quarto pequeno, com banheiro privativo, guarda-roupa pequeno, um modesto frigobar, televisão e uma mesinha. Fica em uma região simples, porém perto de comércio e farmácia. O chuveiro do quarto que eu fiquei não estava saindo água quente. Relatei o problema à recepção e o problema foi solucionado rapidamente, além deles terem me oferecido uma mudança de quarto. Na minha experiência, valeu a pena. Ótimo custo-benefício para quem não quer/pode gastar muito.

7.0Tem ar condicionado, frigobar, é limpo, fica 15 minutos da praia de iracema. Cafe da manha bom, tem pão, presunto, queijo, bolo, margarina, suco, frutas melão, melancia, banana, café, leite, ovos mexidos. E tem sanduicheira pra esquentar o pão. Tem um mercadinho bem na frente, tem um restaurante de comida caseira. Tem o centro proximo.
− Banheiro pequeno, mal consegue se ensaboar sem bater o cotovelo na parede. Os colchões sao velhos, antigo. Travesseiros horrível, nao tem cobertor, so lencol. Pra quem quer economizar, é um lugar bom. A TV so pega os canais normais Wi-Fi é fraco no andar de cima.
