5.0Staff are friendly, location is accessible to everything I need, but not comfortable to sleep day and night ambulance passing with loud siren.
− Too noisy even I’m at 36th floor, can’t sleep at night. Almost everyone hour overnight there was an ambulance passing-by. The hotel wall needs to be sound proof.
Great location and an amazing view of the Empire State

− Paper cups in the room are very poor when paying $500 a night. I appreciate it would require additional cleaning time but would be appreciated.
